The Day Before 'The Big Start'
Ahhhh the 'Big Start', the day you change your life, the day you will dedicate yourself soul heartedly to exercise, water and food monitering. Yes, there is something to be said about your up and coming project. Oh the excitement in changing your life, the satisfaction in those preparation days as you organize yourself, the gym bag, your diet plan, your secret double calorie burning pills, and the perfect setting of your bikini picture enlarged on your fridge.
You even write 'Day One' in your new life journal.
And then that day before the big start is upon you and you start to realize what tomorrow holds, panic slowly rises, a reaction of a childlike glazed eye craving for sugar, and suddenly you become ravenous and worried, worried that the world will hold no joy and above all you might get hungry. No more chocolate. The thought of all those veggies and non cheese meal plans has overwhelmed you, the sheer thought of such regimen deserves the last piece of cake, the last bite of chips, the last the last the last.
As many smart and beautiful women before us, we do what we instinctively know best, we freak out then we binge.

Anything with the word 'die' in it doesn't sound promising or positive for success.
Diet rhymes with 'try it', 'buy it', and unfortunately 'guy it'. Instead lets ask 'why it'?
The dreaded four letters have proven to put a hex on all women and cause the scale to add 5 pounds by the morning of the big start.
